These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at https://orecimports.com (the "Site"), operated by OREC Imports ("we", "us", "our") at 3645 Main St, Chula Vista, CA 91911. The Site was built by Sky2Screen.

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't, please don't use the Site.

The Site provides information about OREC Imports and the services we offer, along with the ability to contact us, subscribe to our newsletter, and book service appointments through an embedded third-party scheduler (SureCritic).

Content on the Site (blog posts, guides, service descriptions) is provided for general information only. It is not a diagnosis of your specific vehicle. For anything specific to your car, please bring it in or call us.

When using the Site, please don't:

• Use it for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.
• Interfere with the Site's normal operation (denial-of-service attempts, scraping at excessive volumes, etc.).
• Submit false or misleading information in our forms or scheduler.

Appointment booking on the Site is provided through SureCritic, a third-party platform. A booking request is a request, not a guarantee of service availability — we'll confirm with you separately.

Estimates and recommendations made on the Site (in blog posts, service descriptions, or otherwise) are general. The work your specific vehicle needs is determined after we inspect it, and any work is done only after you approve it.

The content on this Site — text, photography, design, code — is owned by OREC Imports or its licensors, except where credited otherwise. You may view and read the content for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't republish or redistribute it without our permission.

Third-party trademarks (vehicle manufacturer names, certification marks, etc.) mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners. Their use here is for descriptive purposes only and does not imply endorsement.

The Site integrates with third-party services, including Netlify (hosting and forms), SureCritic (appointment scheduler), Google Maps (location/directions), and Google Fonts. Use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not ours.

The Site may also link to other websites for convenience. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep it working and accurate, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current at all times.

Nothing on the Site is a substitute for actually bringing your vehicle to us. General information in blog posts and service descriptions is not a diagnosis.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, OREC Imports and Sky2Screen will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

This section relates to your use of the website. Our in-shop work is covered by our standard 12-month / 12,000-mile workmanship warranty, which is separate from this section and applies to repair work performed at the shop.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute related to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after we update the Terms means you accept the updated version.
