Audi service is a particular strength of ours, along with BMW, Mercedes, Land Rover, and Jaguar. All Asian and domestic makes are welcome too.
This post is a plain walkthrough of how we approach Audi service.
How we work
- Tools. We use the right Audi-spec diagnostic software (ODIS / VCDS) so we can see every module on the car, not just the one with the warning light. Context is usually what tells us what’s actually going on.
- Parts. We use the right part for your specific Audi. That’s often OEM, sometimes a quality alternative — always the right call for that car.
- Fluids. Audi platforms are specific about fluids. We use the correctly-certified fluid for your model — the right oil spec, the right transmission fluid for the right variant, the right brake fluid. We’re an authorized Liqui Moly service center.
- Coding and resets. When a procedure calls for an adaptation, reset, or relearn, we do it. Every car needs the reset or relearn procedure it calls for.

Warranty
Our work is backed by a 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty, and we perform warranty work in-house.
