Mercedes-Benz service is one of our particular strengths at OREC Imports, alongside Audi, BMW, Land Rover, and Jaguar. We’re a family-owned shop on Main Street in Chula Vista — 10 years here, backed by over 35 years of experience. And to be clear, every make is welcome: Asian, domestic, and European all come through our doors.
We work on the gasoline Mercedes-Benz models — the C-Class, E-Class, S-Class, GLC, GLE, and the rest of the gas lineup. We do not service diesel engines.

- Diagnostics. We use Mercedes-spec diagnostic tools so we can read every module on the car and see what it’s actually telling us — not just guess.
- Parts. We use the right part for your specific Mercedes. Sometimes that’s OEM, sometimes a quality alternative — always the right call for that car.
- Fluids. Mercedes platforms call for very specific, certified fluids. We use the correct one for your model.
- Resets and adaptations. Every car needs the reset or relearn procedure it calls for, and we handle those in-house.

Our work is backed by a 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty, and we perform warranty work in-house.
