We have a simple principle at our shop: we use the right part, and the right certified fluid, for your specific vehicle. Sometimes that’s OEM — the part made by the original manufacturer. Sometimes that’s a quality alternative made by the same factory that supplies the manufacturer. Either way, it’s the right call for that specific car.

When OEM is the right call

For some parts on some vehicles, OEM is the right answer. Sensors that are very platform-specific. Components that have to match a specific calibration. Parts where a slightly off specification creates problems that aren’t worth chasing down later. When OEM is the right choice, every OEM part is worth the premium.

How we decide

We don’t make this call by rule. We make it by part, by vehicle, by what the platform calls for. We’ve seen which parts matter and which don’t on the cars we work on regularly, and we use what’s right for your car.

What we don’t do

We don’t use off-brand, unbranded, or unknown-source parts on customers’ vehicles. The wrong part causes problems that look like different problems, and that’s not how we want to spend our time or your money.

Warranty

Our work is backed by a 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty. We perform warranty work in-house.
